What the work is仕事の内容
- One-to-one online lessons or mentoring sessions of 60 minutes, on a shared whiteboard, with short notes after each session.共有ホワイトボードでの60分のオンライン個別授業またはメンタリング。各セッション後に短い記録を書きます。
- Marking practice before the next lesson; feedback on essay drafts within the agreed turnaround.次の授業までの練習の添削。合意した期限内でのエッセイの下書きへのフィードバック。
- Availability in Japan time: weekday evenings if you are in Asia, weekend mornings (Japan) if you are in North America. You set your own windows.日本時間での対応：アジアにいる場合は平日の夜、北米にいる場合は日本の週末の午前。時間帯は自分で設定します。
- Pay: 報酬：a fixed rate per 60-minute session, agreed in writing before your first lesson60分のセッションごとの定額。初回授業の前に書面で合意します, paid monthly by 、毎月bank transfer, or Wise for tutors outside Japan銀行振込、海外在住の講師はWise as an independent contractor. You handle your own tax.で独立した契約者として支払います。税務は各自で行います。
What we ask of every tutorすべての講師にお願いすること
- Proof of identity and current enrolment, and transcripts or score reports for any score shown on your profile. Nothing is listed as verified until we have seen it.本人確認書類、現在の在籍証明、プロフィールに載せるスコアの成績証明書またはスコアレポート。確認するまで「確認済み」とは表示しません。
- A 15-minute sample lesson with us before you are matched with a student.生徒と組み合わせる前に、当社との15分の模擬授業。
- A signed code of conduct: professional boundaries, no contact with students through personal social media, confidentiality, punctuality, and academic integrity (you explain and give feedback; you never write for a student).行動規範への署名：職業上の線引き、個人のSNSでの生徒への連絡禁止、守秘義務、時間厳守、学業上の誠実さ（説明とフィードバックはしても、生徒の代わりに書かない）。
- Tell us your exam periods and holidays in advance so any pause or change can be agreed with the family.ご家庭と一時停止や変更について合意できるよう、試験期間や休暇を事前に知らせてください。
