Fees are explained in writing at your free diagnostic session. Paid sessions are invoiced and paid by bank transfer.料金は無料診断セッションで書面にてご案内します。有料セッションのお支払いは請求書に基づく銀行振込です。
Bank transfer銀行振込
The invoice lists the bank, branch, account number and account name. Please transfer the full amount within 7 days of the invoice and before the first paid session. Transfer fees are paid by the sender. If you have not received an invoice within one working day of booking a paid session, email us.請求書には銀行名、支店名、口座番号、口座名義を記載しています。請求書の発行から7日以内、かつ初回有料セッションの前までに全額をお振り込みください。振込手数料はお客様のご負担となります。有料セッションの予約から1営業日以内に請求書が届かない場合はメールでご連絡ください。
Confirmations and receipts予約確認と領収書
- Google Calendar emails the booking confirmation and Google Meet link immediately. The invoice follows within one working day, and a receipt is emailed once the transfer is confirmed.予約確認とGoogle Meetのリンクは、Googleカレンダーからすぐにメールで届きます。請求書は1営業日以内にお送りし、入金確認後に領収書をメールでお送りします。
- Packages start on the date of the first session, and the validity period runs from purchase.パッケージは初回セッションの日に開始し、有効期限は購入日から数えます。
- Refunds follow the 返金はCancellation and refunds policy「キャンセルと返金」.の定めによります。
The free 30-minute diagnostic session requires no payment. Paid sessions begin after the bank transfer is confirmed.30分の無料診断セッションにお支払いは不要です。有料セッションは入金確認後に開始します。
