Single sessions単発のセッション

• Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time (Japan time).開始時刻（日本時間）の24時間前までは無料で日程変更・キャンセルできます。
• Inside 24 hours, the session counts as used, because that hour cannot be offered to another student.24時間を切った場合、その時間を他の生徒に提供できないため、1回分として扱います。
• Illness or emergency: tell us as soon as you can. We handle it case by case and normally rebook without charge on the first occasion.病気や緊急事態の場合はできるだけ早くお知らせください。個別に対応し、初回は通常無料で再予約します。
• If the tutor cancels, the session is not charged and is rebooked at a time that suits the student.講師がキャンセルした場合、その回は課金せず、生徒の都合に合わせて再予約します。
• If a session is lost to a technical failure on our or the tutor's side, it is rebooked at no charge. If the student's connection fails, we make up the time where we can.当社または講師側の技術的な問題でセッションができなかった場合は無料で再予約します。生徒側の接続に問題があった場合は、可能な範囲で時間を補います。

Packagesパッケージ

• Validity: the tutoring package is valid for 120 days from purchase; the Grade 12 application package is valid for 9 months from its stated start date. Unused sessions after the validity period are forfeited unless we have paused the package.有効期限：科目指導パッケージは購入から120日間、12年生の出願パッケージは記載の開始日から9か月間有効です。有効期限を過ぎた未使用分は、当社がパッケージを一時停止した場合を除き失効します。
• Cancelling a package: unused sessions are refunded, less any sessions already used, charged at the single-session rate. Refunds are made within 14 days to the original payment method.パッケージの解約：使用済みのセッションを1回料金で差し引いたうえで、未使用分を返金します。返金は14日以内に元の支払い方法へ行います。
• Application package essay scope: 出願パッケージのエッセイの範囲：8 essays, 2 review rounds each, feedback within 5 working daysエッセイ8本、各2回の添削、5営業日以内のフィードバック. Additional essays or rounds are charged at the single mentoring-session rate.。それを超えるエッセイや添削回数は、メンタリング1回分の料金で承ります。
• Pausing: a package can be paused once for up to 一時停止：パッケージは8 weeks8週間 for exams, travel or illness. Ask by email before the pause begins.まで1回、試験、旅行、病気のために一時停止できます。停止前にメールでお知らせください。

Tutor change or unavailability講師の変更・不在

If we cannot offer a suitable replacement tutor within 適切な代替講師を14 days14日, unused sessions are refunded in full.以内に提案できない場合、未使用のセッションを全額返金します。

Free diagnostic session無料診断セッション

The free diagnostic session may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time. If it is missed twice without notice, we may ask you to email before booking a third.無料診断セッションはいつでもキャンセル・日程変更できます。連絡なしに2回欠席された場合、3回目の予約の前にメールでのご連絡をお願いすることがあります。

How to cancelキャンセルの方法

Email contact@undergradprep.education with the student’s name and the session date. We confirm every cancellation by email; if you do not receive a confirmation, the cancellation has not been registered.contact@undergradprep.education宛てに生徒の氏名とセッションの日付を添えてメールしてください。すべてのキャンセルはメールで確認します。確認メールが届かない場合、キャンセルは登録されていません。
